Dr. Leah Gagnon is a dedicated dental professional passionate about providing first-class care to her patients. Her dedication to serving the Niceville, FL community extends beyond dentistry, as she volunteers in community dental programs, such as the Children's Volunteer Health Network, Give Kids A Smile, and the Waterfront Rescue Mission. Dr. Gagnon married her husband, Phil, in 2009, and they have two daughters and a son. Dr. Gagnon enjoys spending her time away from the office with her family doing some of her favorite hobbies, which include boating, skiing, and traveling.
A native of Dothan, AL, Dr. Gagnon graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology. Dr. Gagnon then went on to the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, AL where she received her doctorate in dental medicine in 2005. In 2006, she moved to the Emerald Coast, where she worked in a private practice for a year while preparing to open her own practice.
Dr. Gagnon is a member of numerous dental and community groups, such as the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Northwest District Dental Association. She also holds a DEA license in order to make patients more comfortable via oral sedation.
Dr. Gagnon excels in general dentistry, focusing on preventive measures and the early identification of dental issues; cosmetic dentistry, aimed at enhancing the look of your smile through treatments, such as custom porcelain crowns and veneers that are made in the office, bonding, and orthodontics; and restorative dentistry, dedicated to bringing your teeth back to their optimal shape and functionality. She has expanded her practice to include aesthetic procedures such as RF microneedling, BOTOX® injections, and dermal fillers.
Did great as usual teeth feel clean
In the last 3 months I have had all of my teeth cleaned, 2 fillings replaced and (my first crown) 1 crown completed. Dr. Gagnon's dental expertise was excellent and the service from ALL of her staff was outstanding. My teethe look better than they have in years. Additionally, within the last week my husband had a cleaning and 1 filling done, also a great experience! We are both very pleased.
I hadn't been in for a cleaning in a long time, due to personal circumstances, and I was welcomed here without judgement. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I learned more about how to take better care of my teeth! Highly recommend them for any dental needs :)
She makes me super comfortable although I have anxiety about going to the dentist.
