That's why we've created a comprehensive, affordable membership plan that fits your dental and budgetary needs. Our savings plan includes preventive dental care and a discount on restorative work, like fillings and crowns.

  • Membership fees due the day you join
  • No refunds of premium will be issued at any time
  • Children listed on plan must live in household or be a full-time student
  • Cosmetic procedures, like BOTOX®, teeth whitening, and SureSmile® clear aligners, are not included
  • Membership expires one year from joining date
  • Includes 10% discount fee schedule for all other dental procedures

Single Adult:

Periodontal Patients:

Add a child under age 13 for $250 each

Membership Plan Includes:

Adults

  • 2 dental cleanings
  • 2 periodic exams or 1 comprehensive and 1 periodic exam
  • 1 set of 4 bitewing x-rays
  • 2 fluoride treatments

Children (under age 13)

  • 2 dental cleanings
  • 2 periodic exams or 1 comprehensive exam and periodic exam
  • 1 set of 2 bitewings or 1 panoramic x-ray
  • 2 fluoride treatments

Adult Periodontal Patients

  • 2 of 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • 1 periodic dental exam
  • 1 set of bitewing x-rays
  • 2 fluoride treatments
