Dr. Leah Gagnon is a dedicated dental professional passionate about providing first-class care to her patients. Her dedication to serving the Niceville, FL community extends beyond dentistry, as she volunteers in community dental programs, such as the Children's Volunteer Health Network, Give Kids A Smile, and the Waterfront Rescue Mission. Dr. Gagnon married her husband, Phil, in 2009, and they have two daughters and a son. Dr. Gagnon enjoys spending her time away from the office with her family doing some of her favorite hobbies, which include boating, skiing, and traveling.
Our office coordinator is Reneé. She is responsible for accounting questions and treatment scheduling. Reneé keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Our hygiene team includes Mae. Her goal is to promote good oral health, while educating patients on preventive care and oral hygiene. Mae has years of hygiene experience.
Maddie is both a Dental Assistant and also certified in RF Microneedling and will strive to make you comfortable during your visit.
Carmen is a dental assistant who works chairside with Dr. Gagnon and will strive to make you more comfortable during your visit.
This is our mascot, Scout! He is a Yellow Lab who loves to meet new people, and wants to put a smile on everyone’s face!

Our family of six actually loves to go to the dentist! Dr. Leah Gagnon always goes the extra mile to ensure excellent care. Mae has been our dental hygienist for seven years. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about our family. The level of personal care we have experienced with both Dr. Gagnon and Mae exceed anything we have experienced in the past. It is a truly a special family atmosphere here and we LOVE this staff!
Mae did an excellent job and even though I was a big baby about getting my teeth cleaned she took care of me and walked me through the process.
Doctor Gagnon and the entire staff are amazing. Our three children love coming to the dentist here! Ms. Mei is wonderful with our youngest!
